Refund Policy

Online Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Returns 
Our refund policy is a return window of 14 days for all Yany Beauty branded products. Love it or return it! Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.  For all other brand products we offer a return only in the case of defects, wherein the defective product will be replaced. If you seek an alternative product, you will be provided with store credit. Regrettably, refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated beyond this period, primarily for sanitation and safety reasons inherent to beauty products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase directly from our website or store. There will also be a $4.00 fee for shipping and handling that will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days or as set by our payment processor. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at hello@yanybeauty.co and send your item to: 448 Crosstown Dr, Peachtree City, GA 30269

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before they are shipped for a full refund. We ship at 3 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday, at 11 am. If you do not cancel before the items have left the store you will have to refuse the product or return it to us at your expense. You may call us during normal business hours Tuesday - Saturday, for cancellation requests: 678-545-6394.
