Virtual Assistant Intern
College students preferred or those wanting to enter the industry.
We're seeking a Virtual Assistant Intern, or Virtual Administrative Assistant Intern, who will be responsible for providing remote assistance to business management professionals. Their duties include conducting research and organizing data, interacting with customers or clients on their employer’s behalf and performing additional clerical duties like updating calendars or sorting documents.
Successful applicants will:

Answer emails and phone calls from customers.

Make travel arrangements.

Schedule appointments.

Make cold calls or email blasts to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.

Attend meeting with and without the Founders

Conduct research customers and clients interested in our or similar services,

Social Media Intern
College students with some experience preferred or those who want to enter the industry
We're seeking a Social Media Manager Intern to oversee our company’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online. From time to time you may work with an outside branding agency to create the best content for the brand. This position can be performed remotely.
Successful applicant must be able to:

Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.

Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts in a professional way that represents our brand in a positive light.

Makeup Artist and Lash Tech
License and some experience required or you must be a current esthetician student.
We are seeking one Makeup artist and one Lash tech. Each position is responsible for visually transforming people's appearance via make-up or lash techniques. Makeup artists will help clients determine the correct material and application according to lighting, setting, and physical facial features. You will apply simple and moderately complex makeup as required by the client ensuring the needs of the client are met. The selected candidate will work in our store using the YANY Beauty brand of products to show and sell. The base pay for this position is $8.00/hour, plus commission, and tips, with the option to book our space on weekends for free for personal clients.

Beauty Makeup and Skincare Experts
We're looking for passionate and experienced writers/bloggers to write about basic beauty topics. We need reliable and self-motivated individuals who consistently hit deadlines without fail. The blogger must know about beauty including trends, techniques, and other beauty topics.
Successful applicants will:

Write 4-5 blogs per month—do it in your spare time.

Understand SEO best practices.

NEVER plagiarize and put all work through Copyscape (or similar) prior to submittal.

Able to blog about a variety of beauty topics.

Have a keen awareness of audience preferences and be able to write to various audiences.

Write engaging and fun content free of usage, spelling, and grammar errors.
