We are seeking a passionate freelance lash tech to join our team. As a freelance lash tech, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent, build your clientele, and elevate your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional lash experiences to clients in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

• Must already have a client base and be able to maintain and grow your client base through effective marketing and networking efforts.

• Manage your own schedule within our store hours of operation, ensuring availability for client appointments.

• Uphold all relevant licensing or certification requirements mandated by local laws and regulations.

• Pay monthly booth rent of $500, while retaining all earnings from services rendered (minus credit card processing fees and taxes).

• Actively promote and upsell beauty products to clients, earning a 10% commission on product sales.

• Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Utilize the space for beauty training courses, creating additional revenue streams and expanding your professional offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience as a professional makeup artist

• Cosmetology or esthetician license required

• Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.

• Strong business acumen and marketing skills to promote your services effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with clients and provide personalized recommendations.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your schedule and client appointments efficiently.

• Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in the beauty industry.

• Willing to work in a small business in a new but growing location.

• Must be local or in the metro Atlanta area
