Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more and may offer free shipping promotions on other qualifying orders. Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, all the YANY Beauty brand products are cruelty-free, and many are vegan/vegetarian. Look for specific product labels and information on the website.

Do you offer samples?

We occasionally offer samples with qualifying orders. You can also try before you buy. We offer virtual try-ons using our magic mirror. You can use your camera to try products on from your phone or computer.

What do you mean by "clean beauty"?

When we source or formulate products we do so intending to provide products that are all or either vegan/vegetarian, cruelty-free, or made without ingredients such as parabens, gluten, phthalates, sulfates or Formaldehyde. Each product has a unique clean beauty quality so please read the ingredients. If an ingredient list is not included, please contact us and we will email you the complete ingredient list.

Does natural mean I won't have an allergic reaction?

Just like having an allergic reaction to certain natural foods such as nuts or fruit is possible, the same in so with products. Everyone can have unique allergies or sensitivities to ingredients so please review the ingredient list before purchasing. For medical advise please consult a medical professional.

For facials and makeup, we use the same products we sell in the store and online and you can see the complete list of ingredients for each or contact us before booking and we can send them to you. For waxing, brow tinting, and lamination we use third-party products. For a list of ingredients please contact us before scheduling your service. A patch test is always available.
