Refund policy

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 24 business hours from when the order was placed using the following carriers: UPS or USPS. Our delivery timelines are directly affected by our carrier shipping times. Most standard shipping items will be received within 1 - 7 business days depending on your location.

We offer expedited shipping, and delivery times are reflected at checkout, however delivery cannot be guaranteed unless you pay for a guaranteed delivery service.

Online Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Returns 
Our refund policy is a return window of 7 days for all unopened Yany Beauty branded products. Opened makeup, skincare, or personal care products are not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 7-day period under any circumstance. For all other brand products, we offer a return only in the case of defects, wherein the defective product will be replaced or you will be issued a store credit for the value. Regrettably, refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated beyond this period, primarily for sanitation and safety reasons inherent to beauty products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase directly from our website or store. There will also be a $4.00 fee for shipping and handling that will be deducted from your refund. You must contact us at hello@yanybeauty.co prior to returning your products to us to confirm the ability to return. No refunds for buyer's remorse or situations or delays beyond our control.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days or as set by our payment processor. 

Custom items are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before they are shipped for a full refund. We ship at 3 pm Monday - Friday and Saturday, at 11 am. You may call us during normal business hours Monday - Saturday, for cancellation requests: (678) 310-7876 or email hello@yanybeauty.co

Custom items are not available for cancellation unless made within 30 minutes of ordering, as we start preparing after the 30-minute cut-off time.

At Shania Dion, each piece is handmade with intention, care, and time. Because all items are custom made-to-order, we ask that you please review your purchase carefully before placing it.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.

  • After the 30-minute window, all sales are final, and cancellations or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
